About Me

Hello! I'm Grace, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Shiatsu Therapist with over seven years experience working and training in Oriental Medicine. I have a particular interest in women's health and musculoskeletal pain, but I am experienced in treating all kinds of conditions. Using a multidisciplinary approach, my aim is to treat each of my clients holistically, creating a tailored treatment plan for each individual. My main goal is to help guide people back to wellness by harnessing the power and versatility of Oriental Medicine.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that works with the classical meridian channels and acupuncture points to balance energy in the body.

In my practice, I combine Shiatsu with Clinical Massage to treat acute and chronic pain in the body. I employ a wide range of techniques - including acupressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, mobilisation, deep tissue massage, stretching, and gentle manipulation - which work together to relieve pain, reduce muscular tension and improve range of motion. Each treatment is tailored to the individual needs of the client and focuses upon the areas of the body most in need of attention, providing immediate and lasting relief from painful conditions.
